Evyatar Nitzany

Evyatar Nitzany is the former Electrophysiology Program Manager at El Camino Health in Mountain View, California. With over ten years of dedicated experience in cardiac care, he brought a precise and methodical approach to operational leadership. His work focused on building effective service lines, overseeing infrastructure projects, and leading efforts that resulted in program accreditation and national recognition.

Evyatar combined clinical understanding with technical expertise to drive progress within the electrophysiology program. By focusing on strategy, execution, and teamwork, he played a central role in helping the department evolve into one of the region’s fastest-growing and most advanced programs. His leadership emphasized practical outcomes and long-term stability, ensuring that each step aligned with broader healthcare goals.

His early foundation was shaped by a strong sense of purpose and structure, which continued into his education and career. Nitzany began his academic path in the United States, where he pursued studies in biotechnology. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Florida, along with a minor in Chemistry. He later completed a Master of Science in Biotechnology at the University of California, Irvine. To deepen his clinical expertise, he enrolled in the Cardiac Specialist Program at the Arrhythmia Technologies Institute in Greenville, South Carolina, where he received advanced training in electrophysiology.

Evyatar began his professional career at Biosense Webster as a Clinical Account Specialist. In that role, he provided technical and clinical support for the CARTO 3 mapping system and worked closely with physicians and hospital teams throughout the Bay Area. His responsibilities extended to physician education, hospital administration collaboration, and strategic account development. In 2016, he joined El Camino Health as an Electrophysiology Coordinator, where he managed case support, capital planning, and clinical staff training.

By 2019, his role expanded to include Interventional Radiology. He assumed broader responsibilities, including managing supply chains, implementing new technologies, and enhancing procedural workflows. In 2022, he was promoted to Program Manager. Under his direction, the EP program experienced a 400% increase in volume. Nitzany oversaw the construction of advanced labs and contributed significantly to the hospital’s achievement of Cath/EP accreditation from the American College of Cardiology. His efforts were featured in EP Lab Digest, reflecting the impact of his work.

He holds certification as a Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) and actively supports community initiatives, including contributions to Jewish organizations, education, youth programs, and the arts.
